AllPro Distributing, Inc.
All in on the shop. No retail conflict.
On January 1, 2026, AllPro Distributing became its own company, with ownership separate from Harrell & Hall and H&H Truck and Outdoor. Those retail stores had been a conflict for a lot of our customers, especially in the markets where they operated. Today, under Danny Harrell, AllPro has one job: helping our customers succeed. That’s what All In means. We’re all in on the customer, with no retail exceptions.
What changed
Before 2026
AllPro operated alongside H&H Truck and Outdoor and its 23 retail stores under joint ownership. In those markets, a shop buying wholesale from us was buying from a company tied to a store that could sell to the same truck owner.
Since January 1, 2026
That conflict ended. AllPro is now a separate company with separate ownership. The warehouse isn’t the store, and the store isn’t the warehouse.
No ecommerce. No marketplaces.
AllPro does not sell through ecommerce, and it does not sell on marketplaces. The product goes to the brick and mortar shop.
That is not how the rest of this business works. Other distributors sell those channels. A lot of the manufacturers do too. AllPro is the largest company in our segment of the industry that does not sell through ecommerce.
We will not compete with the shop for the sale. Danny Harrell and Thomas Harrell both ran retail stores before the split from H&H. They know the fight. Supporting the shop is the job, and it stays the job as long as they are in the company. That is All In.
Our mission is to be the greatest at supplying and supporting local brick-and-mortar dealers in the markets we serve. AllPro is all in on the independent shop. We don’t sell retail, we don’t sell through ecommerce or marketplaces, and we won’t compete with our customers for the sale.

AllPro is All In
All In is our core value, and the January 1, 2026 split built that value into our ownership. With Danny Harrell leading AllPro, our only focus is the success of our customers, with no exceptions. We sell wholesale to shops. We don’t run a retail counter, and we never compete with your shop for the install.
Questions customers ask
Is AllPro still part of Harrell & Hall or H&H Truck and Outdoor?
No. Since January 1, 2026, AllPro Distributing has been its own company, with ownership separate from Harrell & Hall and H&H Truck and Outdoor.
Why did the split happen?
Those retail stores were a conflict of interest for many of our customers, especially in the markets where they operated. Our job is to serve your shop, not run a retail counter.

No. Other distributors and a lot of the manufacturers sell those channels. AllPro does not. We are the largest company in our segment of the industry that does not sell through ecommerce. We sell wholesale to brick and mortar shops.
Who runs AllPro now?
Danny Harrell, with Thomas Harrell as CEO. Their focus, and ours, is the success of AllPro customers, with no exceptions. That’s what All In means.
Does AllPro sell to vehicle owners?
No. AllPro is wholesale only. Vehicle owners buy from their local shop.
